SmartSource launch

On September 3rd 2009, SmartSource, Ireland's newest BPO service provider was launched. SmartSource was formed as a result of the closure of CIGNA HealthCare from which the management and staff of SmartSource has gained 20 years experience at the cutting edge of high value transaction processing and customer service. Building on this, Smartsource will provide professional outsourcing services to the Irish and International market. "Our mission is to provide BPO services which are integral to our customer's operational, business and development goals. We do this by supporting our Customer's corporate objectives and strategies, enhancing the delievery of their existing services by applying our transaction processing expertise to simple and complex business processing operations". SmartSource was lauched at a meeting of the Loughrea Enterprise Development Board and received many well wishes from the local community, businesses and by An Taoiseach, Mr Brian Cowen, TD who visited the office for the launch.
